1. Agreement
By downloading or using Spacefolio, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
Spacefolio is developed and provided by Shanglong Ning, an individual developer (the “Developer”).
2. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Spacefolio on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Standard EULA.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your files and content. You are responsible for having the right to access, preview, export, print, or share that content and for keeping appropriate backups. Do not use Spacefolio in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
4. No hosted service
Spacefolio is an on-device utility, not a storage, synchronization, backup, or collaboration service. It does not upload your files or promise recovery of local content. Features may change as macOS and Finder Quick Look evolve.
5. Third-party components
Spacefolio includes open-source software. Applicable licenses and notices are available in Spacefolio → About Spacefolio → Acknowledgements. Those components remain subject to their own license terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spacefolio is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
7. Termination
This license ends if you materially breach its terms. On termination, you must stop using and delete Spacefolio. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Changes
Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
